Butterdon Mill Holiday Homes are located on the north side of, and approximately 100 metres from the A390, half-way between Merrymeet & St.Ive .

From A38, we are situated 3 miles from Liskeard on the A390 Callington/Tavistock road. At Merrymeet stay on the A390 for 1 mile, turn left at the Butterdon Mill Holiday Homes sign (dark blue lettering on light blue background - located just beyond the turning) and we are the second driveway on the left.

From A30, follow the signs for Callington. We are 6 miles from Callington on the A390 Liskeard road. On leaving St.Ive-Church End we are approximately 1 mile on the right hand side. Turn right just beyond the Butterdon Mill Holiday Homes sign (dark blue lettering on light blue background) and we are the second driveway on the left.
